At Divine Hair Therapy, all sales are final. By purchasing our services or products, you agree to the following No Refund Policy.


1. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Completed services
  • Deposits or booking fees
  • Digital products or courses
  • Hair products or retail items

2. Deposits & Booking Fees

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Deposits secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total.
  • If you cancel or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may request to reschedule within the allowed notice period.
  • Rescheduling is permitted at our discretion.
  • Last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit.

4. Service Satisfaction

We strive to provide high-quality service. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can review and address concerns. Adjustments may be offered at our discretion, but refunds will not be issued.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. Any concerns must be addressed directly with Divine Hair Therapy.
